Supporters for the change contend businesses can’t fence unless they are allowed to contact consumers on their cellphones. Indiana Trial lawyer General Greg Zoeller defended the pomp law in testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Commission’s Subcommittee on Communications and Technology on Friday.
